Stainless Steel Demister Pad for Ammonia Scrubber in Chemical Plant
Recently, one Dubai customer has signed a contract with our company for a batch of stainless steel demister pads. These demister products are primarily used for mist elimination in ammonia scrubbers in a chemical plant.

The above demister pads are installed at the gas-liquid separation section of the ammonia scrubber to capture and remove ammonia mist droplets carried by the process gas. The demister ensures that the ammonia concentration at the outlet remains within environmental regulatory limits.
The demister pad and grids are both fabricated using high-quality SS304 stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, ensuring long service life under continuous high-temperature operation.
This project not only improves the overall gas purification efficiency of the client's chemical plant but also provides a reliable technical solution for long-term operational stability.
